The OS Services Booking developer team are proud to announce the release of OS Services Booking 2.5.1. This is a second release for the 2.5.x series of OS Services Booking and addresses issues introduced in previous versions and introducing new features.

What's new in OS Services Booking 2.5.1

1. Turn On/ Off Confirmation step

In this OS Services Booking version, we add Configure option to allow you to disable the Confirmation step

If you turn on this Configure option, the Booking progress will only have 3 steps

  • Select time slot
  • Login/ Register (Optional)
  • Checkout

Remove Confirmation step


2. Review and Rating

From this version, customer will able to leave the review and rate for the Services/ Employees when their booking completed. Here is the way that you can get customer feedback on your services and staffs, it may help you to improve your services.

To turn on Rating & Review feature, you must select Yes at Configure option: Active comment & review at Configuration > Tab: Booking Configuration

User can write review and rate for the Service/ Employee when their booking on that Service/ Employee is completed. Each user can only write the review for specific Service/ Review one time.

To manage Rating & Review, you can go to Back-end > OS Services Booking > Manage Rating & Review. Here you will see all rating and reviews from your customer. Reviews are sorted by created date.

You are able to add/edit/remove/publish or unpublish reviews through this tool.

Once Registered user complete their booking, they can write review in 2 places

1. From Booking form, in booked Service & Employee tabs


2. From Customer's Orders history


And reviews with rating will be shown in Booking form
